Q: Will you restock ______?

A. Most likely not. We very rarely feel compelled enough to re-release an item UNLESS we feel it adds to the brand ethos to do so. However, we always find random stock laying around so make sure you follow us on all of our social media to know when we have extras. We like to keep the UNE BÊTE NOIRE clothing as limited as possible.


Q. When will my item ship?

A. All items ship between 1-3 business days after you receive your order confirmation. If an order does not ship within that time period, there will be updates on our instagram, @unebetenoire. 


Q. My order is out of the US and my tracking number isn't working. What is happening?

A. In order to offer decent shipping rates for international orders, we ship all international orders in large envelopes. Unfortunately, we trade the cost for fickle tracking numbers. Even with this knowledge, know that we have not lost a package. We take fulfilling customer orders, especially international ones, very seriously.


Q. How do I take care of my UBN garment?

A. We advise all customers to take care of their garments by following as many of these tips, if not, all, as possible:

- Wash inside out

- Wash cold

- Hang dry

- (TOPS EXCLUSIVE) Insert hangers from the bottom up.


Q. What is your return policy?

A. We only offer returns in situations where the garment was tampered with before it shipped. We do not offer returns in most other situations but we work on a case by case basis so if you believe your order needs to be returned, do not be afraid to contact us and we will work something out.
